Anyone actually get an order fulfilled from De Le Ronde Forge?

I placed an order for two spikehawks from De Le Ronde Forge about Sept-Oct 2016 and waited about a year before following up. First reply said they never got my order but will proceed with a 6-8 month wait time. 3 more emails and it's now Feb 2019. Should I still expect to get anything? Has anyone else here actually received an order from them? Seems like a long wait for a couple tomahawks. :(
 
No serious vendor would have you wait so long. If your story is true then I'd say you got screwed by a fly-by-nighter. Ask for an immediate refund. Did your payment method offer you any security?
