Anyone back pocket carry their becker?

I have been playing around with my BK2 a bit lately (it was getting lonely as I'd been playing with my BK9 and War Sword quite a bit) and noticed that for playing around in the yard and around the house my scout carry sheath worked great in my back pocket. In fact, it felt like back when I was landscaping or doing AC work and carried a screwdriver/hand pruners in the back pocket for hours, and even thought the BK2 is pretty beastly I really didn't notice it back there and it was super convenient because I didn't need to put in on my belt or anything like that.

I know I've seen a few people that carry their BK11/14 back there, and I've actually been wondering how the tweeners would ride back there.

Anyone else try this at all, or is it just me?

Just the 14, never the 2. I like back pocket carry the best. I think the tweeners will do well in the back pocket with the right sheath and the right pockets

I have found I like backpocket carry on most any blade. My BK2 feels at home there as well. I been EDCing my 14 wedged in the watch pocket of my Levis

parallel universe stuff going on...
i was just about to post if anyone has used one of these wallet/sheaths with an 11/14, or if they know of one similar/suitable

the ''lets see your EDC fixed blades'' thread has a pic of that exact sheath in use Rigid...Post #78 by Ghingavitis Khan

I was curious about back pocket carry and posted up in General. Didn't get much info. Seems like it would hurt your ass if you sit a lot and make it useless for office workers.

I always carry my eskabar and necker in my back pocket. I also carry my ESEE-4 in my back pocket, so I assume the tweeners would fit just fine.

I carry my 14 in the front-left pocket. I did back pocket, but it wasn't good for driving or when I'm sitting in the office.

To be honest I never took my BK2 to work in my back pocket, although you gave me a few little chuckles thinking about how that would turn out.

Honestly though, its not too bad for the most part, although it does pose a problem for chairs that have a "closed back" because the knife handle can't stick out there. But sitting at home in my folding chairs (yep, I'm a high roller), or sitting on the front steps whittling it was just fine.

And cbwoods67 its nice to hear that the ESEE-4 carries well back there. And I don't know if the back pocket carry would be ideal for hiking or anything like that, but it really seems like it would work out best for hanging around camp type stuff.

Anyway guys, I was just wondering if I was totally weird for finding this carry style handy and comfortable :D.

I should mention that while hiking or working around the farm is the only time I carry a fixed blade. Never had an issue with them falling out of my pocket.

maybe an iphone pocket seath with slot for BK13 or BK14...

often, esp if i'm moving fast, i'll hike up the belt, and slip the BK2 into the rear pocket while it's still on the belt, can't stand flopping around. seems to work.
