Besides me, that is? I have deposits down on both. I just couldn't resist. BTW, I will be letting the wife handle each knife BEFORE letting her know how much they cost. OR I will just say that two knives cost the same as six shoes.:D

Ohhhh this is a sore subject my friend;) I would love to buy both, but my saved knife $$$ is in check due to BLADE show this year. I know tknife did though...... lucky ba$T@$D;) :D

Good for you.... and congrats on both blades:thumbup:

I wish I could. I really like Ken's work and think his designs are uber-solid and beautiful. Plus he's a fellow Wisconsinite. I do feel a little bit guilty, but I can only afford one knife. I thought about trying to swing Nick's knife and one of Ken's (flat grind), but I'm afraid a move like that would have put me on a rocket sled to divorce court. Well, maybe not divorce court, but it wouldn't have been pretty. Sadly, the BF W&SS Forum knife is like The Highlander: There can be only one. And this will definitely be my last knife purchase this year. Having more than one major hobby can be a bad thing.

Believe me, I did plenty of horse trading and knife selling to be able to get both ;) I got rid of knives and gear that I just don't use, and have been really been getting back to basics, and getting out there and using the hell out of my knives.

I am. One from Ken and a one from Nick.

Hehe.

I am really bad- I am spending all that I am worth for one of each model both as a bare blade and as a whole package. I want to do a side by side comparison of the 3 finished knives and then play around with the bare blades. (I am thinking 3 matching lignum vitae handles and Kydex- but won't be sure until I get them and see what they are calling out for).

I am ordering two from Ken, and one from Nick....and feel damn lucky to be getting such good knives from two great makers!!!
