Anyone come up with a better steath for a Gerber Gator Folder?

Finally got around to getting a Gerber gator Folder. Amazing, comfortable folder and a great value... except for the generic nylon sheath, which he knife is difficult to remove from. Anybody come up with a better option? If so, pics or ideas would be great!

I've heard that the new Gators come with a 'molded' type nylon sheath, which should hold it's shape better, and not drag on the kraton so much. That said, I don't bother with a sheath at all, and have been carrying mine loose in a cargo pocket. I'll think on this, and try to come up with something (although I'm sure Charlie Mike can hook you up anyway!).
