Anyone tote a concealed firearm and their fixed blade? Compact size (Glock 19 size) iwb and their fixed blade? If so, what configuration and right or left handed? For now, I have it opposite my weapon but really don't like reaching across (in kydex with teclok, sitting upright) for my knife. But don't want weapon to show up if it's on same side. Anyone got any other solutions I'm not seeing for their solution? Lol couldn't resist the pun.

Crossdraw on the belt leather holster for the knife works for me...

Or a Randall Pouch with an X loop for parallel to the belt carry.

For a blade the size of the Rodent Solutions, I'd recommend horizontal carry on your belt up front somewhere below your stomach. This method will be comfortable, easy to conceal and you can access the knife easily from either hand. Just make sure your sheath has enough retention to safely carry the knife this way, the same applies to the method below.

For 5.5-9.5" knives I would recommend scout carry AKA small of back carry. This is carried horizantally on the belt, which allows you to conceal and easily access larger fixed blades. Only downsides is that is can be uncomfortable when sitting or doing other activities.

Why not set the teclok up for left handed carry and draw the knife left handed? If you've got a gun the knife is a secondary weapon anyway when used in that capacity, when used as a tool it shouldn't be a big deal to draw left handed then switch it to your right. I carry everyday, I also carry a fixed blade everyday either in this configuration or in a pocket sheath in my left pocket. A rodent solution isn't too bad uncomfortable going scout carry either but a ratmandu makes me look like a shoplifter.

I'd imagine the reason your RMD doesn't conceal with scout carry is due to the tek-lok keeping the knife away from your body and printing. I'd recommend attaching the sheath to your belt using paracord and your problem should cease to exist......;)

I carry my G19 in a Raven Concealment Phantom holster on my right side and a RMD in a Noe leather Randall pouch horizontal backside handle facing left.

David Brown makes a nice kydex configuration for front pocket carry that hooks your pocket as you deploy your knife. Very nice and comfortable with a rodent solution size knife.

I'll try to find a thread with pics.

I carry a HK P30 IWB, in Michigan we get a CPL not a CCW so I can't conceal and knife over 3 inches, I carry a neck knife but I don see why I need a big knife on person if I'm carrying 26 rounds of .40 unless I'm hiking or camping

I dug up a link for David's Magnum Bear Cub sheaths, if you look at the first and second photos you will see that type of sheath. It's at the top of the photos, the only sheath with a MBC residing inside the sheath.

now with my rmd it was in a leather sheath set up for hoizontal carry, the spacing of the belt loops on my pant made the handle stich out too far to the side. i just did it to see if i liked it. id rather carry week side vertical

Sig P220 IWB on front right hip.

Straight Handle Badger Attack inverted left hip.

Keep weapon accessibility simple and fast. The shba just barely hangs below some shirts and when drawn, it is in a reverse grip. I don't like reaching across or behind my back. Keep my knife with my off hand and pistol with dominate hand. Either could be reached with "off" hand if need be.

I don't believe in neckers under any circumstance. Defensive or utility....

I like what gravelface recommended. When the pistol is on your strong side. Put the knife on your support side for crossdraw.

I usually carry my G27 AIWB at approx. 1 o clock, and my one of my Busse or Busse kin on strong side right hip. Although, I have to admit cross draw would be better for access with either hand.
