curious as to how tough the kleen kanteens are, but too cheap to test it myself.....

anyone tested theirs....?

- multiple fire heatings/cooling cycles
- durability tests
- drop tests (cliffs)
- freezing and thawing cycles

etc etc etc

ive played catch with mine on hard packed ground when it was full of water, no damage to it when it hits the ground.

hum i left mine in the truck multiple times and it froze and never split, but it wasn't completely full either. i have dropped mine many of times and it does have a couple dents in it but not a problem at all so far. i have had it for about a year now and using it in the dishwasher, the kleen kanteen part is starting to wear off. i love mine and plan on getting a couple more for sure

I routinely freeze mine tilted about 40% full (It's warm here). The bottoms have pooched out - I assume from air compression as the water expands while freezing. It's a bit of a pain, but they still hold water - just a bit tippy.

I dropped mine accidentally, hit the pavement and dented the bottom edge. Full of water at the time, 27 oz. version.
