Anyone else going to Pasadena?

I made room reservations in Pasadena for the Expo 2010 next month. Anyone else going to be there?
 
bummer...for a freakction of a second, Pasadena Texas flashed before my eyes...:grumpy::p

Is there a lot of older/vintage knives at the Pasedena show?

Not sure what I am gonna do about hotel

Down 101 from where? I'll be coming down 101 from the Pismo Beach area. I'm not actually sure that I'll try to get to the show Friday. Parking is at a premium in the area and it might be a little tough if I show up later in the day. I may just go to the motel and hit the show early Saturday morning when there's a better chance of getting a parking place close.

I'm sure there will be lots of Bucks to see and buy, but I'm going mainly to see and meet some of the exibitors. I've been told that David Yelowhorse, Wild Bill Cody and Leroy Remer have been invited and I'm hoping they will be there. I met David last year and really enjoyed talking with him, but by only going for the one day (Sunday), I missed WBC.

I'm looking forward to seeing Rusty, Bruce and the others again.

LOL, I know what you mean. You have to time it right. I travelled from home to LA and back hundreds of times over the last 10 years taking my wife to the hospital down there, so I learned when and when not to leave home.

Cool! We will finally get to meet face to face. I took the 210 last year, so that's not a problem. The motel is only about two miles from the Conference Center, so between Mapquest and my GPS, I shouldn't get lost. :D
 
I did talk to Leroy and he is going with Wilde Bill and Ed on Sat... It should be lots of fun... I live right off the 210 by Ontario... But I'm always out in the San Diego Area... Looking for Bucks... :D ...
