Anyone else have a problem with the Delica's lock?

First of all, I love the Delica. I have 2 (a waved Delica 4, and a grey FFG Delica 4.)
With both of these knives, they sometimes don't lock up when opened "forcefully." By forcefully, I mainly mean a spyder-drop, using the wave, or even a sturdy thumb flick. It seems as if the blade is actually "bouncing" off of the back lock before it can lock up.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Try using a toothpick to clean any lint out of the lock interface. This sounds similar to what excessive forceful flicking does.

Sure, that happens when you have the screw to the lockbar too tight. The reason is because when the screw is tight it takes a little more time to lock up and when it's opened forcefully, the blade has time to rebound before the lock can engage.

The simple solution is to loosen the screw on the lockbar slightly.
