Anyone else have little-to-no trade fodder?

I've just got almost none. I musn't buy enough of each model. LOL

I keep looking at some of the knives up for trade and think, "Ooooh. That'd be nice. What do I have to trade? . . . hmmmm, nothing I'm willing to part with."

Heck, there have been a few times that I saw a knife on the XC that I could have bot and shipped to another member as trade bait. LOL

I gotta stop looking at the WTT forums. They are just a tease to me. I should sit around and fondle my collection instead.

:DThat sounds like me, I usually just have what I want, and little extra to part with. Or the things that I decided I didnt want I have already sold or traded. I guess I just need to buy more.

Same here, although I find that most of my stuff is also used. I don't really buy to collect, and resale value is never really in my mind. Kinda limits my trading fodder. :D

I like to keep a few "goodies" for trade --- there's been too many times that a blade i really NEED comes up for trade and I cannot get it...

There's nothing worse than the torture of seeing what you've been looking for for months sitting there "for trade" and not being able to do anything about it!

But unfortunately I'm getting VERY low on fodder myself, not much left to trade or sell. Invariably one of my favorites will pop up just out of reach tomorrow!!!

I'm in the same boat, sold off what trade fodder I had to free up funds for the next Ganzaa. Just have my keepers left.

I am about bone dry for things to sell or trade. If I have a financial short fall, you guys might get a chance to snag some of my really choice stuff.:thumbdown:

Nah, you already sold the FBM Proto I wanted. :D

Uhmm, yeah :eek::rolleyes::o

The trading stuff I have, FBM's, AD's, and a MrS, just isn't too popular right now.

Progunner,

I see this having a domino effect.

If you go under, we'll all go under trying to buy up your stuff.

It would probably be cheaper on all of us if we just kicked in and made a car payment for you. :D :D

I wish all I had was a car payment. :) Mortgage, insurance and taxes on a 5000+ square foot commercial building is the real killer. :D:(

If you think that is the best piece I had, I hope you never see some of my black hole stash, it might give you a heart attack. ;)

I don't think it was the best piece you had, but it was definitely on my "Really really want" list. :D

So what else ya got? ;)

I can only afford what I really, really, really want.
Or get something as a gift and therefore usually has sentimental value.

I even sold my Gerber Yari to finance my Buck 802SS.
I had to admit to myself that while the Yari is super cool, I don't live a life that would require me to carry and/or use it.

It also puts me in a position of having little, if any, tradeables.

PG,

None of us want to see you have financial hardships but if and when the time comes I call DIBS. :D

Lets see, from what I know or think you have I'll take the 10 inch BBSHSH, both Axes, the Generation 1 SHBA and the ones pic'd below.

If he ever had to sell an axe, he should ebay it. Id like to see the bidding war on that one.

Part of me wants to see it go to ebay to see what it'd bring. Another part of me, wants to see it sold at original cost to someone who'd actually use it, with the stipulation that it be used, not abused, no "destructive testing" or concrete, metal, etc, chopping unless in an emergency situation (i.e. safety of human or animal at stake). I'd buy it:D

Seriously, that is an awesome piece of INFI that I love but have even less "practical" use for than the Ruck/AK set I lust for:D

Now, I just need a truck and a camper with air conditioning, queen sized bed, big shower, and... Wait, a hotel would be cheaper, maybe I could get one with a fire place:)
