Anyone else have this problem on a CRK?

So I recently acquired a small inkosi, and I've been using it for a few weeks. I've noticed it's developed a problem. Usually when I close the knife, there's an audible clean click. Recently, every time I close the knife, the click hasn't been very clean. I don't know how to describe it, it just sounds jumble'y, like there's multiple little clicks at the same time. On all of my other knives, this means that there's a problem, ie. a screw is loose. Upon fussing around a little more because I'm a perfectionist, I found that when I hold the knife a position between open and closed (anywhere the transition stage when you're opening the knife), and I hold the handle in one hand and the blade in the other, and VERY gently rock the blade back and forth(toward close, toward open), there's a tiny vibration, back and forth. It's like the blade is bouncing around on the pivot. It's most prevalent when there's no grease in the knife. It's hard to explain, and impossible to show on video because the movement is extremely small, but it's very clearly there. The pivot being tightened doesn't make it go away either, unless I tighten it to the point where I can't open the knife (Tested). Can anyone help? What's going on? Can anyone confirm if this is/is not happening on their Inkosi?

Sounds like the detent ball got something or the stop pin is loose.
My 2 cents.

The blade isn't in contact with the stop pin when it's in between open and closed, but the detent ball could be a possibility. I just don't want to have to send it to the factory just for them to send it back for 20 bucks saying "yeah it's supposed to wiggle like that"

Did you buy the knife new ?
Have you put a daub of grease on the detent ball/track ?

Sand and lint believe it or not have caused this problem for me, but cleared up after a quick cleaning.

Try cleaning disassembling the knife andncleaning the sides of the tang and the detent ball. What you’re getting often happens when a tiny bit of fruit juice or something sticky on the side of the tang where the detent rides or the detent itself.

Now reoil or regrease the knife.

Yes and yes

I would guess since it's new, the detent track is being defined/grooved and causing friction that you're feeling. It could be that the lock bar tension is a little stronger than your others causing the gritty feeling.
On one of my 25's, I backed off the pivot screw to the point of having to make sure the screw didn't come out, and then slowly tighten it up over a couple of weeks cycling the blade a bunch until it became smooth. Mine wasn't a gritty feeling, it felt like there was a little spot that was resisting when the blade was closing. Can't say I felt it when opening the knife.
