Anyone else having problems with One Stop Knife Shop?

Anyone else having issues with these people?

I've been lurking this forum for a long time, and finally decide to invest in a couple of ATC VTACs- and I get hosed!

I ordered a couple of VTAC's for Xmas presents in November. They finally send me one, and stonewall me on the other. So I'm curious if there is anyone else they have been less than forthcoming with here on the forum? :mad:

I quit ordering from them some time ago. I would call to make sure an item is instock would be told yes then a couple months later ask where it is only to be told it was back ordered.

Also most of the items I want they sell a the full sugested retail.
 
I've ordered from them twice, the first time an item was out of stock and they contacted me to let me know. The second time I got my stuff a day early.

I do wish they'd show what they have in stock on the site but I've not had any problems.

I received your e-mail as well as this post. It would appear to me that your problem with 1SKS was certainly unintentional. Kevin and his team are TOPS and I will notify them of this post.
 
I have ordered from them several times and they are where I automatically go to when I need to order something else.

Hope they make this right with you. I hate to have to go elsewhere.

Keep us updated please.

I think things are straight with 1SKS now, and my VTAC is on the way-

I may even get it before the end of the year...

Though I'm not sure of the exact facts on this instance, if this is the order I'm thinking of, yes, we were at fault for this happening. Somehow or another we had an inventory error in our system that showed 10 Tomahawks in our system that weren't there (out of several hundred). Unfortunately, your order was one of the ones affected. Due to overwhelming popularity of the ATC product, it was a few months before we received the next few hundred of hawks, at which time your order was shipped the same day they came in stock. 1 week later and we are again almost out of hawks, a testament of the popularity of them among our military, law enforcement, & sportsmen customers.

We were completely in error for having this happen to you and I can only hope that you understand that mistakes happen. Enjoy your hawk, and have a happy holiday season.

I don't know the details of your order either.

But I do know Kevin (Spark) and 1SKS is a great place to shop.

IMO this thread should have gone to The Good, Bad, & Ugly Forum. It would have been seen much quicker by Spark in there than in ATC's forum.
 
Yes! I tried to become a dealer,I placed my order in Nov,recieved a com# and still have not recieved anything! So goes my sales in the store!
