Anyone else having this issue w/ your Persian Folder 2???

I am having an issue w/ a Persian Folder 2 (Schempp) blunting the edge when I close it. I sent one off to Spyderco, and they covered it saying that it was indeed a warranty issue. They sent me a new one, and while the new one isn't as bad, the issue is still there. I verified this by visually inspecting the edge and ensuring there are no flat spots or blunting, and then opening and closing the blade about 10-20 times just letting it close normally (neither being hard or gentle on the closing mechanism). I have included a pic to show what I am talking about... How would I go about fixing this, anyone know what the issue is? Is there any hope?

You will notice the flat spot that is reflecting light around half way down the edge...

I would appreciate you persian 2 owners out there to try and recreate this issue with your knife to seeif it an actual design flaw or just me getting 2 lemons. I really appappreciate it!

Mine doesn't, but a couple of my original black micarta Persians do or did. I'd imagine that, like most internal contact issues, it will disappear after the knife has been sharpened a few times. At least it did on the older C83 that I carry. The one that's still like that is one I've never used or sharpened.
