Anyone else having trouble placing an order?

I tried to place a Badger Attack order online, and I got this message on the screen with the invoice:

Your Email could not be sent at this time. The following error was encountered: Error connecting to 'mail.bussecombat.com': (64.176.151.242:25): Connection refused

Invoice

Thank you for your order. Please keep this invoice for your records.

Does that mean the order has been placed, but has just been delayed, or does it mean the order's not going to go through at all?
 
Keep trying. I'll bet the system is swamped now that the Left Coasters have heard the news:D . Good luck.
 
Hmmm...

When I tried placing an order this morning, I got this error message and I figured the order just didn't go through. I tried reordering this afternoon (plus a couple extras), and I got the same error message, but this time I got a confirmation e-mail. I never got a confirmation e-mail for the order I attempted ot place this morning, though.

I wonder what, if anything, I'll end up getting in 14 weeks or so.
 
I got that message a few weeks ago when I placed an order. Call the shop, and make sure they got it. They were able to look up my order to confirm it went through.
 
All my orders from the West Coast are flying through. You guys in the older parts of the country must need new infrastructure. The acid rains must have damaged your communication lines.:D
 
I would say your order went through. I only got a confirmation email on one of my FBMLE's. On three other BM orders (plus my BATACLE order) I got that same error message. I believe it is something wrong with Busse's mail server.
 
I got the same error message for one of my FBM and my order went through. If you're really worried about it give them a call and see if it actually did.
 
Amy-0 must be halfway through her case of Coors Light, celebrating the release of the BATAC. That would explain the error message. :D
 
I am on the first coast (Near ST Augustine FL) and not only do my orders go through, but from what I've read my blades get to me twice as fast as others too...:D
 
Virginia gets the same problem, but when I call in the orders HAVE registered.

So...no worries (no regrets?).

Got my first few ordered. Now I have time to consider what else to do...
 
On second thought maybe persons who ordered one of the first 300 SHBM's are tagged and sent to the front of the line...;)
 
It's a hiccup with the mail-your-invoice portion of ordering. Your order went thru. (I had it happen last week. Interesting - it didn't do it this AM for me.)

And I'm having trouble. . . only ordering a few. LOL OK, I'm done for now. Until these 3 come in. Then I might hit trough for more.

I just got off the horn with Amy- she says not to worry about the message- the orders went through (she promised not to give my pair away - one for me- and one for my brother- nothing like Xmas shopping in January...)
 
I like the old fashing way to Order via phone.
It also has the advantage that you get to have a cheat with Kendra or Amy. :D
And thats woth calling in anny case :thumbup:
