My talented twin brother has upgraded my Ruike Jager with a walnut handle.
The original handles fits my hands fairly well but I cannot understand the design decision to leave the back of the handle so lean. I can only think it is the latest thing to leave a bit of tang exposed for breaking windshields or something. I just like the security of having a swell for my pinkie to hold onto.
I really like the look of walnut. I may still sand these down a tad but I will use it for a while as is. The knife looks more balanced visually to me now.
Your thoughts?
