The worlds sharpest is on Modern Marvels. They went through the Katana by a crappy American maker, then Cutco, now razors...
 
I've seen the razors segment online before, unfourtinetly its Xmas break, 2 weeks of kiddy programming for me...
 
I have seen that episode. I like how Cutco uses light to see the burr. You see the technician grinding the blade and they do it until they see the burr show up. They have the workstation lit so that it is easy to see as they work. Cutco makes a pretty good product if not a great one. Most objections come from their marketing strategy...which is off topic.

Haha, same here, but DVR comes to my rescue. I saw it on the guide and recorded it earlier this morning. Now all I have to do is stay up late enough to watch it...
