Anyone Else Receive Their NOS Carbon V Knives Yet?

I haven't seen anything posted on this yet.

Last week I receive an email from Cold Steel saying they have some NOS Carbon V items available for sale. Some Master Hunter Plusses, Laredo Bowies, Small Stockmen with bird hooks, Gurkha Kukuris, OSS's, and some Mini Gurkha Kukri Lights. Some were available in different combinations of factory firsts and seconds with or without boxes and sheaths.

A Mini Gurkha Kukri Light for $40? Are you kidding me?!!!! I've been hoping to stumble upon one of these for quite some time, and I can't believe I have the opportunity to get one direct from Cold Steel. Order placed.

UPS dropped the knife off today. It is a factory second (all they had available), and it does have a few minor cosmetic flaws, but nothing that jumps out at me. I'm VERY pleased with this knife. A lot of knife for the weight. Only bummer is there's no sheath.

Anyone else receive theirs yet?

Sorry, Joe, I didn't mean to get anyone's hopes up. The MGKL's sold out pretty quickly. Within the first day I think. If you compare the prices I can't help but think they were incorrectly priced. They seem to be disproportionately less costly than the other offerings.

I know a thread without pics is worthless, so, I'll snap a few if I get home early enough tomorrow to find some decent lighting outside.

Wow, I missed out on the mini Gurkhas. The other items don't seem priced low enough for me to jump on any. I don't think the CV Gurkha merits the premium over SK5 or the new 0-1. Plus, the new plastic sheath is much better than the old leather style. That alone is worth quite a bit. They should have dropped the Gurkhas at $115 or something and they'd be gone. Thanks anyway.
