Anyone else want to see a ZT 0200 Ti framelock??

Anyone? I'd like to see ZT add a titanium scale on one side, thin out the steel scale on the other and keep the G10.

I'd like to see it go to a frame lock with a Hinderer style lock stop added.

It would look like the 300 series.

Size and shape, along with blade type can remain the same.

If that model existed it would be very close to the perfect folder for me.

Anyone else interested? Any models of knives you would like to see morphed?
 
I agree, This may possibly be the perfect folder for my taste. Hopefully they will do something like this like spyderco did with the military.
 
While we are on this line of thought... Lahar with frame lock will really make my day :)

Either with laminated SG2 blade then I'll practically be smiling for months :)

Great idea, I love titanium and frame locks. As long as they kept the same blade and handle shapes I'd definitely go for one. The 0200 handles are my favorites of the ZT line.
 
Heck Yeah!

I love that knife so much, a Ti lock slab is just about the only thing that could make it better...
(That, and taking the re-curve out of the blade, and the thumb studs need to double as the stop pin, and it needs some CPM S110V to be the ultimate.)

In the meantime we have the Volt on the way.
Honestly that thing is the closest I've ever seen to being my perfect folder.
 
Hmm, I always thought the 0300s were a frame-lock 0200. They might be a little different, but sure seemed similar enough to me...oh well.

The 0300 handle is flatter and wider than the 0200. The 0200 handles have a "palm swell", contouring, and taper that make it feel like it fits a little better in my hand. The 0300 fits my hand well and feels very good, too, just not quite as good as the 0200. The other difference is the 0300 is an AO flipper while the 0200 is a straight flipper.
 
I just waved my 0200. It's pretty keen now.

As far as a framelock, I dunno. It's got a pretty robust linerlock...I'm not sure it would get anything more from a Ti FL aside from style points.

The Groove/RAM with Ti instead of steel/aluminum would be... there is not a word for how badass that would be.
