Yikes, shoulds gotten a Love note from PayPal this month :D

Not gonna look at it.... that's best I think.... Go look at the knives instead.

I wonder who has the record for a month (on knives) ? Anyone wanna fess up?

i just use it and never look at it .I'm not about to break a time honoured tradition with some silly budgeting fiasco.

I think my worst month may be light compared to most here...but December saw me rail through a little over $1K in knives.....

I think WWIII would start in my house IF I didn't have a fingerprint reader on my computer, I'm safe unless she cuts my finger off.

If that happens I better hide the knives cuz she 's comin' after......... next.....

December was a little over a grand for me. Kershaw sale at the beginning, then new pocket knives for all the inlaws for Christmas. Won't Be as bad as when my orders show up all at once this month or next. Thankfully my wife is all about couponing, otherwise it'd just be hamburger helper and spaghetti in March or April. Once the orders come in, I'll be taking a break from buying for a couple months. Got two new boys coming home from the hospital, so pictures will have to do it for a bit.

Today I bought 4 things for my guitar and an Ontario NS7 and a Tops Hellion..... not too bad unless you're poor like me.

Ehh, I've told myself "This is it for awhile" a couple 2, 300 times then... I spot something and I say, " Oooh that is a deal, Wow" and so much for awhile.

Last month was two(2) Hinderer XM's and three(3) pens. Two(2) CRK's (Umnamzaans) Yikes  No, I didn't add that up:mad:

Which pens? I also have a pen fetish...just picked up a BM SS 1100 in a trade on this forum recently.

Two(2) of the Hinderer Investigator's and One(1) Extreme Duty Kubaton Pen. Really amazing pieces of CNC'd perfection. Beautiful pens.

Check them out if you have not done so. I got Green/Blue/Black. Next I am going to get the Titanium Set in the Flamed Ti pattern.

Then " I'm gonna cool it for awhile";) until Wilson Combat gets the StarBenza back in stock and then..... the ECCK Show is in early March and then....
Cool it for awhile

You guys are the big leagues....I did a Esee 6, ZT0121, BKT tac tool, Tops pathfinder school, and a few back packs..... Sharp maker.... Less than a grand..... But still a bunch

Can you send me pics of the pens? I'm really interested in them, but havent bitten the bullet on it yet. How do they compare in size to other pens...like...maybe a surefire or the mil-tac or even the BM?

Definately even a difference between the Investigator and the Extreme Duty. Both pens and both Kubaton style but the ED is a Kubaton that writes and the Investigator is a pen that can be used as a kubaton if that makes sense. The Surefire would probably not attract attention if going into say a Courthouse - the Hinderer E.D. would.
Depending on hand size and intended use would direct you one way vs another.
I can post photos OR there are good ones on both Hinderers website as well as sites (I don't know if are allowed to be mentioned) I could PM you if you like.

My wife and I have a "his" and "hers" category in our budget. She never spends hers, mine stays in the red. Right now it's REALLY in the red because I recently found BUSSE-KIN knives... Ugh. It's gonna be a tough 2012...

Hey, you are a lucky man if the Wife "understands" the knife addiction. I don't think mine would. She knows I have knives/guns/etc. I think she is amazed that such nice knives are being made in the $25-$40 range :)
I would never lie but am glad the subject doesn't come up.
