Anyone ever make some custom Wicked Edge Paddles/ Stones

Has anyone tried making their own Wicked Edge stones paddles. Would be interested in seeing what you came up with.
And does anyone have specs on the size stones that will fit the paddles.
 
I've used some balsa wood and double sided tape with sand paper and 3m polishing paper. I have had extremely good results.

I mostly use the polishing paper and I use some glass paddles I got from Oldawan for the sandpaper.

The wood I got from a craft store. There are other harder wood there but I prefer balsa since its easier to deal with.

I can't remember the thickness.. Maybe 5/16".
