Anyone ever mod their handles?

I felt like I needed my TGM scales to be less aggressively contoured and textured. I busted out some woodworking files and boom! The handles are now very comfortable! Here are some before and after shots. If you modded your handles please share some pics of what the mods were and how you made them.

The mods are subtle to the eye, but are very obvious in hand

I can see the difference.
Haven't modded any of mine. I have liked them all just like they are. EXCEPT the one most people rave about, the new Ratweilers. The first finger is groove is too big to be so pronounced. Once I figure which one I like best, I plan to work on taking a bit of the leak off. Yes, metal, too. If it goes well on the one, then I'll do the other, too. OBTW, one is fat, one skinny.

Wow that looks very nice.

I have done a couple.

Most of my knives I can not as then it would make the sheaths I make with them not fit other knives.

Where is AZTim, he modifies bunches of them and does a great job of it.

NMSFNO I modded the scales to fit my hand (and blued the blade)

When I got my CABS, I quickly found that the handle was totally useless. Too thin, too short, too, well just not big enough for my hands. I had a friend take off the handle, and make a new one in Bocote Wood.
Now it is a real user, and has gone on many a woods hikes and camping trips.. The only fault, as a bushcraft knife, is that the rounded spine makes it impossible to throw sparks from a ferro rod. That is a tiny issue though, and other than that, it's about perfect.

I thought the same thing about the ratweiler and wished they redid the chopweiler instead until I got mine. After feeling it in hand, it might be the best feeling handle I've ever had, right there with the best of the ergos.

I grabbed 2 of the BAe2 and 2 of the SHe2 so I can mod Fearlessly if there is anything I want to tweak. They should be up soon.

I can't take much of the credit for this one. The original owner of my SOB did a nice job of smoothing them. I just spent an hour or two wet sanding them to get all of the sanding marks out.

I sanded my NMSFNO handle scales. It feels much better in the hand after the mod.
