Anyone ever shipped a knife to the UK?

Not sure exactly what the laws are in the UK regarding knives. Has anyone sold a knife to a person living in the UK? Did everything go smoothly? Any input is appreciated.
 
i live in the uk,bought six slipjoint folders on the forum recently,no problem with usps priority,lock knives can be classed as gravity knives by our customs officers,i lost a custom by M,Morris that way.
