Anyone ever strip the threads on their WE AL base?

If so what did you do? I noticed one end of my base wiggling while I was sharpening a knife so I tried to screw the bolt back in but it doesn't catch on the aluminum threads anymore. Bolt looked fairly good, AL threads did not. I sent an email to WE's info addy last night but haven't heard anything back yet..

Should be covered under warranty. I would call... their email response seems to be hit or miss.
