I just posted and clicked "post " before I could send the rest of my original post--anyways--a buddy had some seadek left over after a job--gave me some and I used it on a cheaper knife--just to see if it would be not as slippy as wood--it SEEMS to work,,but I wanna kinda know if anyone has ever used anything like that?? WHAT about that stuff called Talongrips https://talongungrips.com/ ?????????
Sorry again for the extra message
Im still learning knife building and this forum...THANKS

Is it griptape, like on skateboards?I
That........I've used. Haha, A lot actually :D

I've often felt, maybe some "micro slip" is a good thing.
Everyone's hands are different, and little movements allow our hands to fit, and shift onto the various handle shapes

*just a theory?
