Anyone ever use this Miniature drill

I haven't used this, but for $13 it wouldn't be a bad deal if you have a use for a non powered drill....?
 
What were you planning on using it for? I have never used that particular one but I have used some very similiar when I used to build scale models. They work well enough as long as the material isn't to hard. If you really want one you might be able to find a better deal at a local hobby shop, but it has been awhile so I can't remember how much they usually run.
 
I use one that is similar in design, but from another source.

I use it for cleaning the tip on my welding gun at home, and I have one at work that I use for various tasks.

Very handy indeed.
 
Look in a hobby or craft store for a pin vise. they work really great for small projects.
 
Here's mine, I've had it for years, it's handy for small things in soft materials like wood or plastic, unfortunately I can't remember where I got it and for how much and there are no markings on it at all.

Mine has four chuck sizes in two pieces that you rotate to fit different bits, one chuck goes in the front and the other one stores inside (shown here outside), the head rotates as in a jewelers screwdriver, it's about 4 inches long without bit.
