I was wondering if anyone has any experience rit dying g10? I was thinking about Trying it

I have dyed quite a bit of stuff with rit. Mostly gun stuff (dyed a grey HK SL8 black once) like Pmags and stuff like that, but the process is the same. You have specific questions about it?

I appreciate the links. I do have à question I'm tempted to dye my digitalcamo paramilitary2 blue or red I was curious How long it takes in the pot. I don't wanna ruin the scales. I'm really tempted to try lol

It would only take in the dying color in the lightest spots, but would mess with the other colors (If that makes sense). I've seen a few pics of dyed digi-cam scales; none that look good to me. What color are you going to use?

Well, you would just have to keep checking on it until it took the amount of dye you want. I use rubber gloves and wipe everything down with alcohol. I always dyed a lot of stuff at once so I had an old cooler to dye in. I heat the dye and water mix, dunno if it's necessary but it's just what worked for me. I also wipe with alcohol after the process; just to make sure it doesn't have any residue left to dye my hands.

I never boiled it, just heated to help permeate the polymers/plastics/resin I was dyeing. Don't leave it stored in the pan; had a batch of black eat through a stainless pot in about three months.
