Anyone familiar with maker Donald Howland?

My late husband was a life long knife collector, I have been gradually selling the knives over the past few years. This one has me stumped. I can find nothing about the maker Donald Howland. The knife is well made, engraved by a known engraver, the tooled leather sheath is also stamped the same as the knife. This was probably bought at the old NKCA Cincinnati show between 1990 and 2005. All the specs for the knife are listed on the cards I found. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I just checked the Knives Annuals from 1995-2010. No good. Mr. Howland never bothered to submit his info to them, which is a shame.

Looks smart. However with no noted presence it's hard to find more info and interest.

Thanks for looking thru your reference material. The Persian Fighter mentioned on the info card was sent to AZCK to sell for me and they had no available information either.
Too bad because the quality of workmanship is there, just no records of the maker.
