Anyone familiar with this knife or maker?

Just picked this up on BCUSA for a great deal. Not sure of the steel, but it has micarta slabs and a 7 3/8” blade at 3/16” stock. It’s a great looking knife for price.

Looks like a great cross between a regular field knife design and a competition chopper to me! With the stats you listed it must have a lot of authority in the swing

I haven’t received the knife yet, but for $80 I couldn’t say no!

Hmm, seems this knife is a head scratcher. Seller didn’t know much about it, and everyone who commented on the sales thread was intrigued by it, but had no clue about. It does seem to have a certain mystique to it.
