Anyone for Two-Tone Scales?

With all the aftermarket parts available for our Spydies, who else is sporting mismatched scales?

My PM2 came with both the stock blurple scales as well as a set of Ti Flytaniums. I had the Flys on for a long time because I love Ti, but a few days ago while cleaning knives I decided to do a combo look. So now I get the advantage of the smooth metal back scale for easy ingress/egress from the pocket but also the G10 on the show side for grip. I like it!

My buddy got the Cutlery Shoppe exclusive orange/blue PM2 which looks nice, and originally inspired me. I see they also did an orange/dark green combo PM3.
 
I’ve got other knives that have carbon fiber show and Ti lock sides. Yes, I do like two different materials as well as the same material for a knife.

I have/had others as well as it’s pretty common on ti framelocks. I’m glad you like it! I am kinda surprised no one else is doing mismatches either of material, or perhaps colors, maybe for their favorite team or something. Oh well, it was worth a try. 🙂
 
I like it.. I don't take my knives apart much if at all. Plus the cost of scales are almost as much as the knife.
So I haven't taken the effort to do swaps.

I give it a thumbs up.
 
I have both Para 3 CS Exclusives with different scale colors, Passed on the recent PM2s! Also have the KW Ti/CF Military and Blue Twill Domino! Many other brands with Carbon or G10 and titanium frame locks! Thumbs up from me! 😎
