Anyone get headaches from Epoxy ?

I was using some Epoxy yesterday and today I have a killer headache, thought it was from beer at first but I didn't drink much really and don't usually suffer headaches anyway !

I know how to cure your headache!

First, take the bag away from your face, then take the epoxy out of the bag.

Finally, use the epoxy to adhere something, instead of sniffing it...

That happens to me as well. I would epoxy in well ventilated areas. That fume is not good for you.

i dont use that brand and never had any problems with any of the ones i have tried. other than a headache, how did it do?

Dude - you are a sissy - I use epoxy all the time and it does not seem to sniggle fertnrl ebbbll gorb....

Many epoxies contain solvents such as acetones, toluenes etc.
The vapours of these solvents can cause headaches

I think you're ok, just make sure you have proper ventilation and PPE.

There are toxic reactions to chemicals though that usually requires a fair amount of exposure. There are also allergic reactions which may occur with even small exposure.

I've never had a problem with epoxy,but I use it outdoors.
