In the last week we here in this part of BC have been getting hammered with snow. Then a little rain just to add to the mix.
A heavy snowload is nothing new around these parts. But when this does happen people get busy shovelling the roof or anything stored outside with snow on it.
We have had around 8 feet, more in the bush
A few views around the dooryard
I take down the storage shed for the winter, fence is 9 feet high

dboles, I think I am going to email your pictures to our local weather guessers here in Ohio. Right now we are dealing with the snow we were
"impacted" with over the last two day . . . that's right, "impacted", all 2"-3" of it. They were breaking in to local broadcasts with updates of how the "winter storm" was progressing towards Ohio . . . LMAO when I got up Saturday morning & saw what was on the ground . . . :D
Hope you get some relief soon . .
Be safe.

8 feet is the amount from just last week not sure of the winter total, guess a more motivated guy could google that lol
Here they use a grader, winrow the snow to the centre of the street, then come along with a huge 10 foot wide snowblower on a loader, blow it in the back of a dump truck and haul it to the river.
Yep email away to those weather folk
