The spring show was the first one I had been to. Most of the show was Case. Very few Schrade items. I noticed a few "space debris" Schrades and only a couple of OT's/UH's. I didn't even notice very many older Schrades. The only Queen tables I found were Cozy Glen knives and the Queen factory table. I remember someone having some Ontario fixed blades and you would notice a few tacticals spread through out but I would guess 70% was Case.
I was also charged $7 at the door instead of the advertised $5. Not a big deal but I noticed they are advertising $5 entry again for the fall for non members. I'm not sure why I was charged 7 but it wasn't worth making a fuss over.
Maybe I missed some stuff or maybe the spring attendance was down? Since it was the first one I went to I didn't have much to compare it to. Although a dealer at a flea market told me he has been to the last few and it seemed to him that Case seemed to be getting bigger each year with less of other brands.

Also, River Edge cutlery in Columbus went to a show once but they noticed that they were a little out of their element since they mostly carry tacticals.

Maybe someone who has been to more can fill us in?

I didn't notice very many Schrades. A couple dealers had a few each, a mixture of "space debris", UH's, and OT's. I passed on a 25OT that was going for $45. I also noticed a 33OT, 6OT, 897UH, 125OT and that's all I remember.

I couldn't find any Canal Street!! I should have asked at the Queen table (they were advertising for them in the spring) but I forgot. The only Queen dealers were Cozy Glen and Clarence Risner and I didn't notice any Canal at either table.

Case still dominated but I did notice a little bit of everything. I was charged $7 again to get in. :D
I am going to email the NKCA and tell them they may want to change the ad they run in Knife World that lists it as $5. :D

Its been a few years since Ive been to one, anyone have the dates on it?

Rivers edge would be out of their element. Te show is more for slipjoint and custom fans than anything else.

Boys, I was bumming this weekend. There was a gun and knife show down in Marlboro, MA over the weekend. The NEKCA (I think) had some tables there. I heard about this on the radio while I was working at a job site. I knew that getting away Sunday was not going to work out.

Oh well, there's always ebay
