Anyone going to the Eugene OR knife show?

Anyone going to the Eugene Oregon knife show this coming up weekend? Is Busse or swamprat getting a both?
 
I didnt see them listed on the floor chart at the OKCA website, I dont know wether I will make it to that show (even though I used to live just down the block from where they have it) this year.

I am definately heading to Blade West this year though! One of the largest knife shows this side of the country, and a chance to meet and greet with you guys! How can I pass that up? Plus its in my hometown, Ill have to take some of you guys out to some of the secret drinking spots of Portland......
 
I usually go, but I'm not this year because Scott isn't going with the Busse table, I don't know if Troy will be there with the Swamp Rat knives. It is the biggest show on the West coast, much bigger than Blade West. If I could just go for the day I would, but it is too far for me to drive down and back. I'm saving for The Blade East show.

Wait the OKCA show is bigger than Blade West?
 
I would go if Busse was there but its a long haul if there not there.
Great show though. Just not enough unless Jerry sends some stuff like knob creek.
 
I'll be walking around friday and saturday :) I was hoping to see a Busse table though :(
 
Huh, I didnt even think that...... Well great, I was getting all amped for the West Show, and I thought that the OKCA show was smaller, so I blew all my cash recently and was planning on saving until BW!`
 
I'll have a table and some assorted Busse-type sheaths as well. PLEASE oh please, stop by and flap lip!

The Eugene show is far larger than West in terms of the number of tables. It has everything from 'garage-sale' type stuff to some higher end makers. West is what I call a "more concentrated" selection of knives and makers. More manufacturers and higher end makers but no 'garage-sale' stuff.
 
OK, I guess that makes sense....

I am glad at least that the makers and companies at least will be at West.

Thats what I was looking for to be honest.
 
The OKCA show in Eugene is my favorite knife show.

Much more family oriented.

Much more likely to find a deal there.

Best to be Member and get to go in during the Member only portion of the show.

All that being said, I will prolly not be there this year.

I am trying to buy a house and My Wife might frown on me spending on more knives.

Going to that Show might even make her think that I should take some to sell there and to bring back more money for "Her House"

After we get a House, She has also mentioned that maybe I might sell a few to fund a little "Kitchen Remodel" for Her.

Not "Her" Busse knives of course, just some that I have more than "one" of.
