I know we have BCCI members putting out their displays this weekend in Harrisonburg, VA. Wife and I are going on Saturday. I'm wanting to show her that I in fact do not already have "every Buck knife there is" as she oftens states. :D

I'm going to try for Saturday. I haven't been there in a few years, and I'd enjoy seeing the BCCI guys & gals, not to mention all their knives.

Just have the wife look at ITE's "I was feeling a little lite today..." thread and she will see that you do not have "every Buck knife there is". ITE has them all. :)

Wish I was in northern VA this weekend, but I'm still in FL. Take pictures!!

Well, the BCCI was there, and what displays!! I finally got to meet Larry Oden, Russ Donoghue, and Brent & Dee Schindewolf. Ken Burns & family, as well as John & Georgia Foresman, had displays, top notch 1st class gentlemen. Time flew by quick around this crowd. Russ was surprised with a cake & a round of "Happy Birthday" sung by the BCCI members. I'm just glad to have made it to the show this year, visited with some old friends, and made new ones as well.

Had a great time visiting with everyone at the show today. Didn't seem to be as many attendees as two years ago when I last went but still a nice show and of course the BCCI displays were absolutely stellar. The time and attention to detail not to mention the actual knives is really awe inspiring.

My wife and I had a good visit. I talked to Ken Burns again this year. I bring some type of modified Buck knife to show. I also bought the all black Vantage Force that is pictured above, from Ken. Very nice man to meet and talk to. I'm lucky to be a part of all of this.

Many thanks Scott for the terrific photos of the meet. Generous use of your free time, copious photography skills and much appreciated by this desk-bound armchair adventurer.

Larry Oden's collection display has me dazzled, stupefied (more than usual) and awed. WOW! Stunning splash of phenomenal Buck knife history. He walks the earth like a giant IMHO.

Plus 1 on both accounts!!:thumbup:

So....now that it's over, did anyone come away with any Buck knives they didn't go with??

I got the new brass and rosewood 301 and put the other four of the series on order.

I must say, I LOVE, I LOVE that 120 General with white Bone handle, I really wish Buck would make some new ones as a LE run.
