A while back, I got a Seiko Monster watch with a steel bracelet. While adjusting it, I encountered one very stubborn link that I deemed necessary to remove to get a correct fit. No matter what I did, the pin in the link would not budge. I dremeled the link off, as I had no need for it to see if the pin would fall out. I realized that the pin is somehow cast into the link and is a permanent fixture, though no outside indication of this is apparent, except for its lack of movement.
Can any of you guys drill this pin out for me so that I can put the pin back in to connect the links? It will fit if this metal is bored out. Here are some pictures to describe what I mean:
If anyone can help me with this, please email me and let me know what you think it will cost to do this. If I had the tools, I'd do it myself, but I know many of you guys out there are very experienced with this sort of thing. I feel dumb for basically temporarily ruining the band.:foot: I really want to be able to use it, as the band is part of what makes this watch "The Monster." I appreciate any help.
