anyone have a drill press/tap kit to make 3 holes & threads for this clip into this titanium scale? Scale area on outside and inside is solid and flat.
the screws I have for it are perfect length as well.

You can buy a small drill press starting at about $80, at harbor freight. Get one and drill your own holes.

O.B.
how am I supposed to cut the threads in the ti after?

You have a lot versions of Titanium.
For example; you won't be able to machine Ferro-Titanite at home.
If it's ''ordinary'' Titanium it won't be a problem.
Usually you cut threads with ''thread cutters'' ….. just type magic word in Google.
I suppose you have T6 screws with M2.5 metric threads.
So; what diameter of the hole do you need to drill for M2.5 thread?;)
