anyone got a good guy for custom scales?

I want to get some artwork or sketch from my wife put on a scale, either for a Seb 21 or ZT0550. Probably the ZT0550, with one of the aftermarket scales. I'm not looking for someone to design the art, but rather to apply/transfer the artwork to a scale. Anyone know of a good person for that kind of project?

I think Chris Reeve offers that kind of thing. You send the artwork in and they make the design on a scale. You can send your knife in with it and voila.

I love tuffthumbs, but he's more about shaping and patterns. I don't think he could transfer or replicate someones artwork to a scale like griff is looking for
