Anyone had trouble getting in touch with the Strider shop?

I'm having a knife refurb'd and sent it in a couple weeks ago after making sure they could take care of it with an email. I then called and left a message a few days after the del con said it arrived to confirm it was all good to go and to see what their timelines were. No one answered after calling a few times so I left a message with my name and number. No return call so I called again a few times a few days later. Same thing again after another couple days. I also sent an email but no return.

I'm just wondering if this is normal or if there's something going on at the shop. Anyone had this same problem or know what's going on if anything? I left all my contact info in a note within the box so should I just wait for them to contact me?
 
You had a response via email, but not to phone calls?
I would email a follow up.

I know their email system was all FUBAR'd when I talked with Josh a few weekends ago in Vegas. He did tell me they were in full swing and busier than ever.

I will give Josh a call in the am and let him know about your troubles.

JK! ;)

I'm basically a knife nut. I'm into everything. Mainly Busse and Reeve though. Got a couple Striders and some others. Just got into RAT. I like the RC-4 a lot.

Thanks for the info, I'll give them a call in the early am tomorrow or drop by if I can make it up in that area....or try USN ;)
