Well, not me. My family and friends don't exatly share my interest in knives. Nice stuff for Christmas, just nothing sharp or pointy.

So, did anyone get the edged stuff for Christmas? :D

No Busse's for Christmas, I've bought myself enough of them lately. ;):D

However, I did get a nice little Black Kershaw Chive, for my keychain. :D

I had a Busse Christmas of sorts.
First, I got to use my Busse to help a friend create a Nutcracker man out of the presents she was giving to her significant other.
Secondly, that particular Busse (A Battle Mistress) was a gift for this Christmas, my birthday, and my early graduation from the university.
:D

PrincessThud, good luck on the ol' man's Mean Street...

That will make a rockin combo with the Mistress.

Damn! I've gotta turn my family and friends around. It's time to start getting pointy things for these holidays :D

My wife got me a Basic 5 as an early Christmas present. I have been carrying it everyday since.

Got myself a SH Steel Heart to go with the SH Battle Mistress I got a couple of weeks ago.

I guess it was a Busse Christmas (only because I made it one:rolleyes: )

:D

Also wound up with a Fogg......but thats another story;)

Well, I was trying to locate a Bad Apple for my wife to give to me, but I could not locate one anywhere:( I did get another great knife though. I do have a birthday coming up soon;)maybe I'll find a Bad Apple by then.

I had a Busse Christmas. . .but then that kinda goes without saying. .. . . What other kind o' Christmas could I have had? ;)

Wait 'til you see what's coming next year!

Yours in Nucleanticipation,

Jerry

Yep, but ol' Santy Claus charged them to MY credit card. What's with that??? ;) ;)

A purchase between Christmas and New Year's day still qualifies as a "Busse Christmas". I was at a gunshow this past weekend when I walked up to a Busse representative displaying his wares. I had heard about Busse knives and knew a lot of guys are whacko for them, but I had never seen or held one. WOW! The table was calling my name and I couldn't resist. The ergonomic micarta handles attracted me immediately, as well as the nice blade designs with that unique blade grind, and of course the black blade finish. What's not to like. I walked away with my first two Busse knives, a Steel Heart and a Steath Hawk. Better late than never!
