Anyone have a comparison shot of a NMSFNO or FBM and an M9

I just picked up a wicked custom shop M9 and was wondering how it compares in size to an NMSFNO or a Battle mistress like the FBM. I picked the M9 over the NMSFNO because it was slightly cheaper and I really love the full height convex and hamon but it feels kind of small compared to what I imagine the NMSFNO to be like.

NMSFNO = 8.0" blade, 14.0" overall length.

M9 LE = 9.0" blade, 15.25" overall length


So the M9 is as far as I'm aware actually a larger knife. Bigger than that you're going to be looking at like a BWM / FBM.

Thanks man! this blade is by far the most beautiful knife Ive ever owned. Even more beautiful than my Fallkniven TOR. I just don't think I'll be able to use it but that may change. It took my 3 months to use my Waki but I'm really glad I did. Thanks again for the great price. I though the NMSFNO would be bigger, guess it just seems like a very big knife in pics. Ill probably end up keeping the M9 even if I don't use it just because It's so beautiful. I have a Dogfather for my beater anyways.

Thanks for the comparison shot! that's quite a collection. I'm glad I chose the M9 now, I didn't realize the NMSFNO was so small. Heck even the BWM isn't that much bigger than the M9. I probably could have picked one of those up for the same price but the custom shop M9 is way cooler looking. Plus I don't really like thin knives though I hear great things about the BWM.

I'm going to have to save up and buy a KZ II... just so I can sleep at night knowing that I have the single baddest chopping blade ever created.

Either that or a Gladius but I'm kind of scared of double edges.
