I have a pair of docksiders with not alot of cushon, was wondering if a soft insole would help.

I like SOFSOLE brand of insoles since they fit perfectly into all my boots, and they have a large range for different needs.

+1 on Superfeet, I use the orange ones in my hiking boots and they are very comfortable.

Red Wings Powerstep, They are the only insole that can take the abuse I give a boot. I walk at least 5 miles every nite and day at work. These last about six months, all the others about half that long. Plus I my legs or back quit hurting when I went to these. They start your lower body into good posture. Give em a try.

for many years I worked in a machine shop, and stood on concrete floors all day. I tried them all, then a co-worker turned me on to Spenco's. I swear by them now, even though I'm retired. I have them in my shoes when we go to the National Gallery Of Art, or other museums, and I know I'm going to be on my feet for hours on hard floors. They also work great on long hikes on the C&O Canal Trail.

Spenco's are really comfortable.
