Does anyone have the Miltner Tactical folder? It looks well made, albeit pricey. Any thoughts, comments, reviews?

At one time I was looking for where they sold the folder. No luck. Never seen one except in ads.
I do have an original MA-2/II like the one Boker just came out with. Strange knife but effective. Even mine I got from someone who picked it up from Miltner-Adams at Blade.

Well, it is a good looking knife, and seems to have a lot of R & D behind it, but does anyone think it is worth the $575 price tag? Maybe there is more to it than I realize, but it seems like there might be better options for the same money, or equal for less...
