Anyone have a new-ish Sprint phone?

I'm at my 2-year mark with Sprint and can qualify for a phone upgrade. As it stands, I'm using a Razr 2, I think. I have a "friends and family" plan, so I have basically unlimited calls and texts for $35/month. As such, I have zero interest in adding a data plan, etc. I send a fair number (a handful a day) of text messages per day, so I kind of like the idea of something like the Rant, with the fell size keyboard, but I also like the thinness and portability of a flip phone. I've seen some reviews online of all these phones, but I was curious if anyone here is actually USING one and what you think. The models I'm considering:

Rant
Katana LX (flip phone)
Rumor/Rumor 2
Lotus
Katana Eclipse X

I had a Rumor phone prior to having the Palm Centro that I have now. I loved the Rumor, the key board made it a breeze to text, and the menus are easy. I had the opprotunity to upgrade to a palm centro (friend was selling it cheap), and I wanted better applications for the web and internet e-mail, so I upgraded. If I ONLY had a texting plan, I would buy a Rumor for FULL price. It was well worth the $! I have seen the Katana, and had a friend that hated his....but again, these are just my personal opinion. Hope this helps.

Thanks! I was watching some reviews of the Rumor 2 and the Rant, and the guy (PhoneDog.com) seemed to conclude that the Rant was a better phone, although they're very similar phones. I watched his review of the Lotus, which is basically a QWERTY flip phone. May be my best compromise. I'll have to swing by a Sprint store and mess around with them a little.
