Anyone have a Scrapyard Yardkeeper LE?

Hello,

Came across a NIB Scrapyard Yardkeeper LE, and the owner wants my LNIB ZT0630 for it.

I know next to nothing about Scrapyard Knives, and it seems like this model hasn't been made in a number of years now.

Is this a decent trade all across? Or is one of us getting the shaft?
