Anyone have a Survival Sheath Systems sheath?

I have a Survival Sheaths Systems sheath for my ATC Brend Fighting Hatchet. It is one of the best plastic sheaths I have ever seen. The quality is outstanding. The sheath fits like a glove and is very secure. I don't have a SSS sheath for any of my knives, but I will in the near future. IMO, you can't go wrong wiyh a SSS sheath. Order one and you will see what I am talking about.

I have a number of Robs products. He will work with you to build up excatly what you want.

All of his work is first class and built to take a lickin and keep on tickin.

Go to his website and hit contacts for his number and give him a call. Great guy to work with, delivers his work on time, in my experiance his word is like gold.

Thanks guys. I'll be getting a rig in the near future, just as soon as I get my new Crain Life Support System Hunter in the mail.

I just ordered one that looks like the pic below, except that in place of the cuffs I have an SF E2 and a Camillus Arclite. The rig is superb and so comfortable that I barely even notice that it's there.

Rob provides great service and an excellent product.

He accommodated my needs without discussion and he went out of his way to make sure i was satisfied.

A great company and individual to work with.

ZehGhost - When you wear that rig, where do the knife and flashlight wind up positioned? Are they at your sides pointing downward or at sides and canted forwards a bit?

It can actually go either way depending on how I wear it. I prefer straight down, but if I turn it inside out then it cants forward a little. It's actually made to cant forward, so I'm wearing it backwards, but it's shows less when I wear something over it. The straps are also adjustable and the sheaths are interchangeable so if I decide I prefer to carry something else I can order just the kydex portion without the rig.

Got a nice sheath for my SS CS Bushranger from Rob. He delivered it very promptly all the way to my little outpost. It was my first go at ordering something like this on line and as I was a Virgin he treated me very kindly and gently.

That's a great idea to have the saw in a rig like that. I've always found that a dedicated saw (and not the serrated back of a knife, no matter how good the knife)is one of the best tools to have in the woods. My Survival Sheath is one of the most well built rigs I own. Nice thick kydex and an solid authoritative lock on my knife you will definately not drop it accidentally out of the sheath.
