Title says it all. Does anyone have a comparison photo of a RC-3 with a Buck Vanguard , Bark River Bravo1oe even a Fallkniven f1 or Idun?

Not the best pic, but you get the idea.

Nice trio there Varg. I've been trying to hold off getting an F1.

Please tell me they are horrible knives and not to get one with special handles from Bark River!

WOW..... The Bravo-1 is smaller than I thought....... and the RC3 is bigger tha what I expected......

I can't help you there, because the F1 is an excellent knife and if I could afford one with the Bark River handles, I would get it!!!:D

A picture worth a thousand words... :)

I agree. Thats why I asked if anyone had a picture. I can read the dimensions of a knife but have a hard time visualizing it. The RC-3 is a tad larger than I expected, but thats not a bad thing. I just have some Christmas money and tryong to decide what to spend it on. Thinking the RC-3 might be a contender. I was also considering the RC-4 but, I think it may be too close in size to my Bravo1 and Fallkniven Idun. Thanks again for the picture.

Pictures are deceptive, you really have to hold the knives in your hand to appreciate them. Too bad that picture does not have a RC4 included (just to show scale). Here are some dimensions (to compare size), RC3= 3.88" blade, 8.31" overall, .125" thick RC4= 4.5 " blade, 9" overall, .188" thick Bravo= 4.25" blade, 9.065" overall, .215" thick

The second set of photos show a lot - thanks Varg. I've been wanting (and saving for) a Bravo 1 (not sure if I should go or the 154 or A2 version), and now I see that its dimensions are very close to my RC-4.
I was thinking the Bravo would pair up nicely with a new Rem 700 for my 40th b-day present to myself, but honestly, it would probably sit on a display shelf while the -4 got used. Maybe use the money for something else - like a new -6 (and an Izula or Hest)...
