anyone have one of the black micarta Kopas yet?

I have 2 of the Cocobolo ones, but I'm wondering what the black Micarta ones are like.

Probably just like the Cocobolo ones - but I thought I'd ask...

I'm just like you, I got 2 cocobolos but I haven't bought the micarta yet, doesn't have the same appeal to me. there's something about wood that can't be described, character in the veins and flaws...

Pretty much the same. The micarta, to me, is just a bit lighter. Other thatn that and the differing handle inserts, they are the same. Hope this helps.
