Thanks for the link .270. I noticed that there isn't a fixed shipping chart. Do the costs come out reasonably or is that where they make up their cheap knife prices?

No fixed shipping--when you check out you can try different methods depending upon weight and get the best shipping. I've done mail and UPS. This time UPS was best price.

They are made in China. I have a 327TT. It is a really nice knife for a righty but it is not ambidextrous even though the thumb stud is on both sides. Still, fit and finish are as good as you will see in a production knife. The Buck name is not sullied by this knife at all. If you are a north paw I am sure you will like it a lot. I played around with a 325. It is a very small knife but it would not get in your way in your pocket with your change. I’d own it.

Trout#2...

Ira Wood is very fair about shipping. :D  :D

I ordered a replacement Alpha Fixed for one I can't find (lost), Alpha Fixed Gut, 110, 112FG, 55 (two of em), and a 501 Stag (Back Ordered). Free Shipping was offerred but I opted for USPS Priority and shipping was just over $10. Received three days later here in Calif. (Exception being the 501 which was marked on the packing slip as being Back Ordered).

When I am jones'n for a new Buck, that is where I go. Cheap and fast. Just like I like my women...

Close your eyes and imagine what this forum would be like without certain peeps throwing the most innocent of posts down the rat hole!!

I just got a 325 (the tiny one) and I have to say, this is the best 10-12.00 knife I have ever had. Fit and finish is great and it gets screaming sharp. It was darn sharp out of box, but.....! This is a great knife and i will look into the larger models.

I definitely like my women like I like my coffee. Bitter and Murky.

I remember reading somewhere that some seamen like their coffee with a pinch of salt thrown in... and some Russians like their shots of Vodka with pepper sprinkled on top of the shot... (I know the 'why' of that one - some Russian Vodka is distilled poorly with Fusel oil mixed in...the pepper drags it down to the bottom of the glass)

Not sure what the salt does to coffee, though...maybe our resident pigboat crewmembers know... :p

Makes me wonder if skunks (or Gooses for that matter) ever get used to their own smell?   ;) :p  :D
It's an acceptable tolerance :)

Never heard of the salt gig in the coffee. May try that.

Just got my 327 and it is a fantastic knife for $12. Blade is centered and grind is even and blade is nasty sharp.
