Anyone have screw specs for the Mini Trident?

I just got a Mini Trident and am finding the action to be quite stiff. I'm hoping a slight adjustment to the pivot will help, but I can't find any documentation or threads about the screw size (torx?). Same goes for the screw that secures the reversible clip. Any input appreciated.

Why don't you see which one fits? Don't put any pressure on it before you are sure it's the right size. But first you need to know if it's torx or allen screws.

I stopped by Lowes this morning and tried out a small torx set. The pivot screw takes a T-8.

The action on this knife is still very stiff after loosening the pivot, so much so, that my thumb is killing me today from trying to open it about 20 times yesterday. This is my first assisted open knife and SOG, so I'm wondering if this is just the nature of the beast and it will take a while to break in, or did I get a dud with an overly tight spring? …seems like it should not be so hard to open a knife intentionally designed to be done with one hand.

Have you tried to lube it?

How much did you loosen the pivot screw? I use tighten pivot screws to the point where there is no blade play and it still opens smoothly. If it gets to hard to open I'll just have to loosen the screw and live with a little blade play.

Is your thumb used to thumbstuds? When I really got into knives my thumb would also hurt from opening knives a lot.
