Anyone have the Anthem and ZT0609 For Size Comparison

Wonder if anyone can post a pic or two of both these knives wanted to get an idea of the size of the 609 with an anthem...

Love the pivot and blade on the 609... and the Anthem looks great with some honest wear...I need a second job :)
 
They're both awesome knives. But if budget is a factor, the ZT is definitely more attractive. But the ingegral construction + the axis lock on the Anthem really is top notch. I like it more and more the longer I own it.
 
Thanks. just got the anthem and I figured the 609 was similar in size. Anthems handle is a little longer.thanks for those pics,ill have to get a 609 soon.
 
Halden if you find time, could do a comparison shot between the 0609 and maybe a 0452/0562/0393/0920/0801 ? (Either of them works really, just some models that I have.) I can't really make up my mind about 609, it's an attractive design but I'm on the fence about the size. :thumbsup:

Sure thing! I have an 0801TI and a 0392, which should give you a pretty good idea.

Awesome, thanks :thumbsup:. I think my brain just went "It's soooooooooo much smaller than the 0606, so it's a tiny knife!" but it's actually not that small at all. I might have to buy one after all. I like the fact that the handle looks a bit longer than the 801Ti, since that's a tiny bit cramped for my hand (It works, but it's not as comfortable as the 0392/0393 for example)

The handle on the 801 is actually a little longer. This pic might help with the perspective:

But yeah, the 609 is definitely not tiny. It’s like, medium/large. And the ergos are definitely really great for the size.
 
Well the main issue for me isn't the length of the handle overall of the 801, but the length from the guard/where the flipper rests to the swell near the end of the handle, it feels like I am bunching up my fingers, since the 609 tapers more to the end, it looks like it would be a more comfortable grip?

You are correct, the 0609 lets you use the whole handle. I have L/XL hands and can get all 4 fingers on the 0609 comfortably.
It's a fantastic knife and is a great slicer. It's a must have if you like ZTs.

To me its like the 0562 and 0450 had a baby. You get the large, sturdy blade and solid feeling of the 0562 with the ease of pocket carry of the 0450.

When you cut, it feels like a big blade, when you carry it feels like a small knife.

Yep, that's right. It locks your hand in very nicely, and utilizes the whole handle.
