Anyone have thoughts on the Worden Tactical or the Exec. tactical

I have been looking at these two for a Xmas to myself. Any opinions on either from owners that have them. Pro or con is fine. Any and all opinions are welcome, keep'emsharp
 
I have no experiance with the Executive but the Worden is a very nice knife for the price. Kinda heavy but hey I liked that. Gave it a real solid feel. The one I had came razor sharp and has since survived my freind's abuse. I would not tuck it IWB. Mine started to spot but then again that was in the summer when I was all sweaty.
 
I bought a Worden Tac at about the same time as my CRKT Crawford/Kasper zytel- they almost seem to be made in the same shop-
and I like it just as well.

I can carry it IWB or back poket, and I've found the handle is great and secure in my grip. The recurve cuts well and I like the balance and blade geometry.

The only "downside" I've found is that on my model the liner lock is too flush with the liners/scales, so its hard (especially with winter-cold hands) to unlock/close the blade. Also, the blade size/shape can be intimidating...

I like the look of the executive but am pleased enough with my zytel handledone, so I haven't gotten it.

Anywho- the Worden tac is a nice, large and secure folder that works really well for me.
